How to order from outside UK

When you order through www.jflazartige.co.uk when you select shipping destination choose UK as that is the only option available. Also select Economy Shipping Method as that is also the only option.

 

When you fill your details in for the billing address on the payment page, select your country. You will get the following error message:

 

‘If you change billing country you MUST enter a different shipping address below as you have selected United Kingdom shipping destination in the shop. The shipping destination can only be changed in the shop.’

 

Just click OK.

 

Then in the shipping details section United Kingdom will automatically show as country. Just ignore this and put your country into the County box instead. I will pick this up when I process the order here in the office.

 

The postage is according to the weight of the parcel which I will email you with for confirmation before processing payment and also an additional £4.95 for ‘International Signed For’ fee which means I can track the parcel and it requires a signature on delivery. (Please ignore the postage rate shown on your order confirmation as this is for UK delivery only.)

 

The orders are despatched by First Class Airmail or Courier depending on which option is cheaper.
